A Career Built on Trust, Spent on Transformation
Long before Ethikcorp existed, Jamsheed Hamza was already in rooms most consultants only read about — sitting across from boards and central bankers across the GCC, building Islamic banking units from the ground up. Those years in senior banking roles taught him something textbooks rarely capture: that real transformation is never a slide deck. It is a decision, repeated daily, by people willing to change how they lead.
"Anyone can point at what's broken. Jamsheed's gift is showing leaders exactly how to rebuild it — and then standing beside them while they do."
That conviction carried him from the banking floor to the boardroom to the classroom. As CEO of one of the UAE's leading training centres, he refined his craft as an educator and coach, later becoming a Level 5 Mentor certified by the British School of Coaching, UK, and a trained Dare to Lead™ facilitator. It's a rare combination — the discipline of a banker, the empathy of a coach, and the candour of someone who has actually carried a P&L.
Frustrated by an industry built on quick fixes and borrowed frameworks, Jamsheed founded Ethikcorp to do things differently: to sit with an organisation's real SWOT, name the uncomfortable truths, and design a transformation journey that fits the culture in front of him — not a template pulled off a shelf. Today, he advises government entities, SMEs and corporates across the region, and speaks to audiences ranging from graduating students to seasoned executives on what it truly takes to lead change that sticks.
For the boards and founders who work with him, Jamsheed isn't a consultant who leaves a report and disappears. He's the person still in the room when the hard part begins — helping people become the leaders they were always capable of being.
